THIS ITEM IS CUSTOM HANDMADE TO ORDER DAILY AND HAS A PRODUCTION PERIOD BEFORE SHIPPING. OUR CUSTOM MADE GOODS CAN TAKE 8-12 WKS DEPENDING ON ORDER LOADS, SOME SHIP EARLIER. ORDERS HERE ARE CUSTOM MADE. WE CANNOT RUSH ANY ORDERS. TRACKING DETAILS ARE EMAILED ON ALL ORDERS.

Seven Sins Choppers 16MM MONSTER Plug Wires are the fattest wires ever made in history. They have that high voltage presence and just flat out look amazing. These wires came to be from several years of making custom wires..they kind of just evolved into these beast from an ever changing and evolving motorcycle market that demands looks & performance and Seven Sins Choppers desire to bring forth new original goods to help bring our customers builds to that higher level. Our parts are sold globally to garage builders up to Harley Davidson custom shops to the custom show bike builder. All wire kits are handmade by us in California USA..

They are 16MM and have several layers of core protection. 
Here you can custom order by choosing your lengths and ends you need for
relocation or stock applications. These wires are ONLY available as 
pre-built sets so they are Plug & Play. Each kit comes fully 
assembled with
terminals, black boots and custom spark plug wire.
There is a text box field provided for any relevant information needed 
to create your custom.These kits 
only come with 2 wires leads as usual. If you need 4 wires then you will
need to up the quantity. We measure wires from boot end to boot end as laid out on a flat surface.



NOTES - Most modern Harleys have the smaller snap ring coil terminal. You can choose the snap ring or the universal terminal. The universal will also work as you can crimp to a smaller diameter if needed. Most 04-Up Sportster's have the 90 Degree Coil boot that fits 9/16" Port Max. Make sure you order proper lengths as you want to avoid sharp bends & engine contact!

THE WIRES SHOULD NEVER BE INSTALLED IN SUCH A WAY WHERE THEY ARE RESTING OR TOUCHING THE ENGINE!

6040 OPTION / The 6040 is a custom line we make to order that has a 60% color flake to 40% black ratio. The mix gives the grip a unique style that has dimensional appeal. These best match certain bikes similar to Harley's Hard Candy line of bikes
