What sets these grips apart from the rest is that they are heavily flaked in actual colored Metal Flake. The UFO series only comes in ROCKCANDY flake ( ultimate saturation of flake) embedded in clear. The 6040 is a custom line we make to order that has a 60% color flake to 40% black ratio. The mix gives the grip a unique style that has dimensional appeal. These best match certain bikes similar to Harley's Hard Candy line of bikes. These grips are absolutely beautiful and have an incredible reflective shimmer and are extremely brilliant in color. Although the grips are heavily flaked; you can still sometimes slightly see through some colors to your handlebar. The thicker the grips (like the 7/8" size) the harder it is to see-through.
